Musician and artist Brian Eno, who features on the track, stated that the song titled Lullaby represents a opportunity to stand with Palestinians during the holidays. He noted the potential for an surprise number one.

“It would be incredible if that occurred, yes,” he commented. “I’m not gonna be completely disheartened if it fails to, Christmas singles are a unique phenomenon.”

Defiant Message of Self-Determination

Palestinian singer Nai Barghouti, who features in the adaptation of a cultural piece called Yamma Mwel El Hawa, explained the song's resilient spirit.

The notable list of musicians appearing on Lullaby features a group of well-known figures from the industry. All participated in the benefit event, which reportedly raised a considerable total for relief efforts.

Production and Release

Lullaby was produced by a trio of talented individuals. The single showcases a mix of the traditional Arabic lyrics with new English lyrics.

The organizers behind the project have clarified that their goal is to generate maximum funds for a charitable pot. These proceeds will be allocated to Palestinian causes through an non-profit partner.

“We don’t have a rigid aim,” a representative explained. “We’ll go for as much as possible. Obviously, the more the merrier. It all goes out to those in need in Gaza.”

The reality in the area was described as its extreme devastation, with a overwhelming percentage of property reportedly levelled or seriously harmed.

“Given that reality, a couple of million won't make a massive dent. But I think the significant factor is primarily making this cause better known and proving that another narrative exists.”
